By creating a RoxoGo account, digital vCard, WhatsApp Store, or ordering a RoxoGo NFC card, you agree to these terms. RoxoGo provides tools to build and share a digital business card and, optionally, a physical NFC card linked to it. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish on your card — contact details, service listings, pricing and images — and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page; paid plans renew annually unless cancelled. NFC cards are billed once and are yours to keep — there's no recurring fee for the physical card itself, though your linked vCard or Store plan may still renew separately if it's a paid tier.
We may suspend accounts that use RoxoGo to publish unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or that attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.
We collect the information you provide when you register (name, email, phone) and the content you add to your card (services, gallery images, business hours, payment methods). We use this to operate your card, process NFC card orders, and respond to support requests.
We don't sell your personal data to third parties. Card content you mark as public is, by design, visible to anyone who visits your card link or taps your NFC card — that's the point of the product, so only add what you intend to share publicly. Password-protected cards restrict visibility to visitors with the password.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@roxogo.com.
RoxoGo uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in and card editing.
